Fantastic and courteous staff. Great ambience. Pets are welcome. location. Pleasant and clean rooms. Incredibly helpful staff. Convenient amenities like kitchenette, laundry machine, and dishwasher. Spacious and well-equipped apartments. Wonderful balcony for relaxing. Clean pool area with perfect service. Effective and overwhelming assistance from staff members Raghav Khullar and Prashant Pathak

The apartment was spacious and had a balcony which was perfect for relaxing. The pool was clean and the staff provided great service. The location was convenient and the staff were polite and helpful.
The apartment could have used some updates to make it more modern.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities such as a sauna, steam room and full body massages. the outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden area where we spent many relaxing hours. the restaurant served delicious dishes and we enjoyed a poolside snack bar. the service was impeccable, offering in-room breakfast and special diet menus.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the coffee/tea in the lobby. Although it was convenient, we felt it lacked a bit of variety and options for those with particular tastes.

Located in the upmarket Colaba area, the Taj residences are perfect for an extended stay with two couples. the beds are big and comfortable, and the linens smell fresh. the kitchen, dining, and living room are well-appointed. Meanwhile, at the restaurant, the Nepalese waitstaff is warm and welcoming.
Customer service can be slow at times.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. Clean rooms and great facilities, including convenient parking and transportation options. The location is perfect, situated in an upmarket area close to restaurants. The staff is wonderful, with the restaurant staff hailing from Nepal.
Couldn't stay longer.

Spending my Christmas at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. First, the rooms were spacious and fully equipped. Most importantly, the warm and welcoming staff made me and my family feel at home. the location was convenient, with several shops and restaurants nearby. the hotel offered complimentary shuttle services to nearby attractions.
this was not a major issue since there were several other options in the surrounding area.
